Returns & Refunds Policy

At Outback Padel, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging
  • Labels, seals and protective films must not be removed
  • Products that are worn, used, damaged, incomplete or soiled will not be accepted for return

Return Period

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return

How to Request a Return

Please email us at admin@outbackpadel.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs for returns due to change of mind are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable and any additional shopping fees incurred by Outback Padel over and above the original shipping fees will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

Note: We do not offer refunds for normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
