OUR WHY

Outback Padel is the story of Jaimie and Kristin—and a dream that has been more than ten years in the making.

Both grew up playing racquet sports, including tennis, squash and badminton, so sport has always been a big part of their lives.

The first time Jaimie played padel, he fell in love with the game. He knew that one day he wanted to open a club of his own—a place where other people could discover padel and fall in love with it too.

Life took Jaimie and Kristin in a very different direction. They moved across countries, built careers and started a family, but the dream of creating something of their own never really went away.

Their first step into the racquet-sport world came with Rotto Rackets Sports on Rottnest Island. It showed them firsthand how quickly a simple game can bring people together—families, friends, locals, visitors and complete beginners, all sharing a court and having a go.

Now, with two young children alongside them, Jaimie and Kristin are bringing that original dream to life.

Outback Padel is about creating more than courts. It’s about building places where people genuinely enjoy spending time—where great sport, connection and community come together.

Their first clubs are now under construction, and seeing a dream held onto for more than a decade finally becoming real is incredibly special.

This is only the beginning.
