Cancellation / Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. To keep things fair for all players, please note our cancellation terms:
Court Bookings
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your booking time will receive a full refund via the Playtomic app.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking are non-refundable.
No Shows
If you do not show up for your booking, no refund will be issued.
Weather Cancellations
If the courts are unplayable due to bad weather, Playtomic will automatically cancel your booking and issue a refund or credit.
Group Bookings / Events
For private events or group bookings, separate cancellation terms may apply. Please contact us directly at admin@outbackpadel.com.au
